Bri Roofe
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Bri began her career in luxury hospitality, serving guests at renowned hotels including Conrad and Mandarin Oriental. Those experiences shaped her belief that exceptional customer service is not simply a benefit, but the foundation of a trusted business. She takes pride in creating thoughtful experiences and delivering service at the highest standard.
Bri holds a degree in Business Management, and her career later expanded into sales and nonprofit development, where she strengthened her skills in contract development, negotiation, business development, and building lasting relationships with individuals, business owners, and corporate partners. After experiencing inconsistent valet trash service across several apartment communities, Bri recognized a gap in the market that she and her husband were uniquely positioned to fill.
When she is not leading RPS, Bri enjoys raising her young son, spending time with family, and exploring new restaurants as a proud foodie.
Glen Roofe
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Originally from Jamaica, Glen was raised in a hardworking, entrepreneurial family with roots in farming and the clothing industry. From an early age, he learned the value of discipline, resourcefulness, and building something through consistent effort.
Glen holds a degree in Human Resource Management and brings years of hands-on experience managing and operating his own farm. Through entrepreneurship and his digital platforms, he has built meaningful relationships with farmers, business owners, and professionals around the world. These experiences strengthened his skills in leadership, operations, communication, and relationship management.
After moving to the United States and living in several residential communities, Glen recognized a recurring need for more reliable and consistent valet trash service. This inspired him and his wife to create a company grounded in hard work, integrity, professionalism, and respect.
As Chief Operating Officer, Glen is committed to ensuring that RPS delivers dependable service and builds lasting relationships with residents, property managers, and every community it serves.
When he is not overseeing RPS operations, Glen enjoys spending time with family and traveling between Jamaica, Central Florida, and the Washington, D.C. area.
